Every year, Singleton Moms hosts an annual walk to raise money and awareness for our cause.  This year, we are happy to announce that the walk has turned into a race! Now runners and walkers alike will have the opportunity to participate in this timed event.  And the best part about it… it is a super hero theme.

batmobileThe Singleton Superhero Bolt will be directed by Road Runner Sports Store and will be held on November 8th.

Brush off your utility belt and grab your green lanterns – it’s time for the first ever Singleton Moms Superhero Bolt! Dressing up is NOT just for kids anymore…it’s for the grown-ups too! Come dressed as your favorite superhero and run to support single parents and their families battling cancer!

Singleton Moms is thrilled to have The Colten Cowell Foundation sending out their Batmobile to kick of this exciting event! 

Win great prizes with our raffle

We will be raffling off a Dave and Busters $100 gift basket and 2 tickets to the “The Marvel Experience: The World’s First Hyper-Reality Tour;”. As agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in training, guests of The Marvel Experience will swing with Spider-Man, smash with Hulk, fly with Iron Man and more, all in preparation for an epic battle alongside Marvel’s biggest Super Heroes in a fight against Red Skull, M.O.D.O.K. and an army of evil Adaptoids. Raffle tickets will be $2 per ticket or $10 for 6 tickets.

GearUp Night ~ Kick off Event

Friday November 7 from 5-7 join us at Road Runner Sports in Tempe Marketplace. Everyone who participates will be able to pick up their t-shirt and cape and will be given exclusive discounts on store merchandise.

Registration Details

  • This is a family fun run with no street closures and no chip timing.
  • The 5k can be walked or run, and there will be a 1k for the kids.
  • All participants guaranteed to receive a race T-Shirt if registered by October 31st.  Additional T-Shirts will be distributed to participants on a first come first serve basis if registered after October 31st.
  • First 300 people to register will receive a free cape.
  • A free breakfast and drinks will be available for the walkers and runners at the end of the race.
  • Don’t forget that you can create your own fundraising page during registration and help us raise much needed funds to support our single parents with cancer!
  • Costumes are encourage but not required

Each registration on our system requires a unique email and user to become a participant for the event, we totally understand that it is a hassle to register your children because they are too young to have their own email addresses. However, the reason for this is each participant is required to create their own participant page with the ability to accept donations.  Please see below a simple solution.

1. First thing is to LOG OUT from your Fundly account before doing this process to avoid any complications.

2. Go back to the event page https://roadrunnersports.fundly.com/smsuperherobolt and click on REGISTER.

3. Enter your child’s information; under email, you have to provide an unique email address. What you can do is add a “+” to your email address. Our system will consider it as a unique email address while the emails should be sent to your original address.

Join us for an after run celebration at Bar Louie

Bar Louie is hosting an after run celebration for us, where they will be showing the ASU v Notre Dame game. They will donate 20% of the proceeds from your tab to Singleton Moms if you tell them that you took part in the Superhero Bolt Run. We hope you join us to celebrate, watch the game, and raise some extra $$!
