A new year calls for a new and improved us!
With our organization growing thanks to the creation of Singleton Peds, helping single parents who have children battling the disease, we decided it’s time to find a name and space that can grow with us.
Moving forward as The Singletons, our non-profit has revamped and relocated to a new building, on 2501 W. Behrend Drive, Suite 1 in Phoenix!
As many of you know, our organization opened in 2006 to serve single parents, both moms and dads, battling cancer and offering them assistance for their day-to-day needs.
We founded Singleton Moms after our dear friend, Michelle Singleton, who was a single mother, was diagnosed with cancer and realized there were limited resources for her during that difficult time.
Now, it is time for us to evolve into an organization that reflects the entire population we serve while always honoring Michelle, our inspiration.
This expansion will allow us to provide support to entire families; not just moms but dads and children as well!
We also welcome help from volunteers looking to join the fight, with orientations beginning in March! As we grow, so does our team and we welcome anyone looking to apply!
